What is the minimum to buy?
An initial order of $500.00 USD is required to open a Wholesaler's account. One inner pack per item is required from there on.
How many pieces do I have to buy per item?
We prefer selling full cases, but our minimum is one inner pack per item. Please check "Min.Qty." on each item.
Why can't I see the "Add To Quotation" button?
Only items marked as "In Stock" are enabled to be added to a quotation.
If you'd like to inquire about Sold Out item, please fill out our Contact Us form or contact your sales representative directly for an ETA. For your convenience, Sold-Out items now display a "Put Me On The Waiting List" button. Fill out the form and we will automatically notify you once the item becomes available.
When will a particular item come back to inventory?
Through the years we have created a very long list of products we have imported at some point. Recent fluctuation in the market and currency issues have forced us to put some of those items on hold until an appropriate source is located overseas. We encourage you to contact your sales representative to inquire about the specific item you are looking for. We will do every effort in bringing it back for you.
Does Big Roc do "close-outs"?
From time to time we select some items to move to our "Special List" which you could call "Close-Outs". Although no item is ever fully discontinued, we do try to quickly turn our inventory around to make room for newer products. Check our "Close-Outs" section for a complete list of items being offered at a discounted price.
Does Big Roc warrant its products at all?
Big Roc is one of the few importers in the area that proudly stands behind its products.
All of our items bear a limited warranty of 30 days from the purchase date, but some of our larger products are warranted for up to a year.
How do I place a claim for a defective product?
Simply e-mail us at cs@brtools.com or contact your sales representative to explain your case and we will promptly process your request for a return, exchange or refund.
Does Big Roc offer end user customer service?
Yes, have your end user contact us via email at Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm PST and we will make sure they get the satisfaction they expected when they purchased our product from you.
Does Big Roc offer free shipping?
We do not believe in "free shipping". Most of the companies that offer this service will not only build those charges back into their prices but will also inflate them.
We rather offering to you our lowest deals and help you contact our numerous carriers to search for the lowest possible freight. Please, let us know if you want us to assist you with freight quotes. We will gladly do this for you at no charge.
Can I use my UPS account?
Absolutely, let us know you want us to ship your order Third Party and we will do the arrangements for you.
Does Big Roc drop-ship?
Yes, we have extensive experience with drop-ship accounts. Don't worry, your customer will never know the box was shipped from our facility. A $10.00 fee per shipment is normally charged on all drop-ship orders but we suggest that you talk to your sales representative for more details and to negotiate your fee.
Can I pay with a credit card?
Yes, we accept VISA, Master Card, Discovery and American Express but we can not run credit cards unless we have your signature in file. Please, download our Credit Card Authorization Form (PDF), fill it out, sign it and get it back to us to process your payment.
Is my credit card information safe?
Yes, unless you opt to sign our yearly Credit Card Authorization Form, your credit card information will not be available to anyone after your transaction has been posted.
What is a yearly Credit Card Authorization Form?
With your written consent, we will keep your credit card information in your file ready to be re-used on your next transaction. Rest assure this information is treated as strictly confidential and only authorized personnel has access to it.
Can I call my order in?

When will my order be ready for pick-up/ship-out?
Depending on the size of your order, it may take anywhere from 1hr to 1 business day from the time you confirm your order. Most of the orders are shipped out the same day.

Is my e-mail address safe?
Yes, Big Roc does not trade, sell, share or publish any of its customer's information with third parties.
What are your working hours?
We are open Monday through Friday, from 8:30am to 5:00pm PST.
What are your shipping hours?
Depending on the size of your order, we appreciate it if you can arrange your truck to pick up no later than 4pm, Monday through Friday. Please, verify availability of your order with your sales representative prior to arranging your pick-up.
Can I suggest an item I don't see in your site?
Absolutely. Big Roc is always on the hunt for new ideas and or tools that can help our customers develop a more profitable business. With our enormous resources in Asia we are sure we can bring virtually any item as long as no patent rights are infringed.
Can Big Roc do direct shipments?
Yes, we are direct shipment specialists. If you have the need for an item to be direct shipped from Overseas to you let us know. We can quote FOB or To-Door according to your needs, no matter what country you are in.
Is Big Roc capable of private labeling?
Yes, along with our direct shipment program we also offer private labeling. Our team can even help you design your private labels and logos.
Can Big Roc ship out of the U.S?
Yes, our sales team has extensive experience on international orders. You may choose to purchase from our California facility or we could consolidate from Overseas for you if you prefer.
Can my account be deactivated?
Yes, we routinely check our registered accounts in trying to maintain an accurate customer's database. Please, make sure to fill out any required fields your profile may be missing. Open communication is a crucial part in our business. Help us maintain it.
If I start a quotation, am I obligated to complete it and purchase those items?
No, our quotation option is only a helpful tool being used to speed up our communication process. You may cancel, clear your shopping cart or submit your quotation when you're done adding items. But you are not committed to purchase anything if our offer does not meet your expectations.

Q. 2: How can I get your printed catalogs?
A. We do not offer any printed catalogs, because it takes about 2-3 months to get the printed catalogs ready and mailed out to the customers, and in body jewelry industry there is new product (style or design) coming out every day, so by the time customer get the catalog the style or design will be sold out or old .that’s why we keep our web-side updated with new items so our customers can view the new items as soon as we get them. We find this the fastest way to show new arrival to our customers all around the world.
Q. 3: what are your shipping charges, and how long it takes to receive my order?
A. The following are the shipping cost and time in transit :( not including weekends and holidays).
Free shipping on most of our Lots, You will never pay more than $12 on shipping it will be a flat

Orders placed on business days from (monday-friday) before 3:00pm us/central time will be processed and shipped the same day.

A. Yes, we have extensive experience with drop-ship accounts. Don't worry, your customer will never know the box was shipped from our facility.
Q. 5: Can I pick my own quantities on item that I buy?
A. No, these quantities are pre-pack .Most of our items are available in mix pack for customer easiness. In mix pack you will receive more variety of colors or sizes shone in the picture.
Q. 6: what metal is jewelry made of?
A. All of our jewelry is made of top quality 316L surgical steel. In belly button ring the curve bar or shaft is made of 316L surgical steel and the dangle is made of brass or copper with rhodium plated.
Q. 7: Do you ship to p.o box?
A. No,sorry we do not ship to p.o box.
Q. 8: How do I know the color, size material & gauge specification. That what will I get in my order?
A. When you click the thumbnail picture of the item, the next page has a full page description with a closer picture of the particular item.
Q. 9: What happens when an item goes out of stock?
A. When an item is out of stock, it will be automatically hidden from the web site, preventing our customer to order the out of stock item. When the item is back in stock, it is back on the web site, enabling the customer to view and order the item. Usually, it takes 2-4 week for an item to be back in stock. We recommend that you check our website twice a week to see if the item is back in stock.
Q. 10: Why am I being charged sales tax when I have a valid California sales tax permit?
A. If the order is being shipped out of California, with in the USA, you will not be charged sales tax. For orders being shipped internationally, you may be charged import taxes in your country. If we are shipping the order with in CA, please e-mail us with your CA sales tax permit number. We will credit the sales tax amount back to your credit card or your pay pal account .
Q. 11: What is your return and exchange policy?
A. We accept returns or exchange on any defective item notified within 3-5 working days . Before making a return, please contact us to get a return authorization (RA) number and return shipping charges will be paid by custumer. On non- defective item returns, a 20% restocking fee will charged & shipping will be paid by customer.
